Pre-cut parchment sheets are flat sheets of coated parchment sized to standard sheet pans. They line the pan in one move, release baked goods without grease, and come plain or printed with your logo on the top face.

Why pre-cut sheets

A roll on a busy line costs a few seconds and a curled edge every time someone tears a length. Multiply that by two hundred trays a day and the roll is the slowest thing in the bakery.

A flat pre-cut sheet drops into the pan square, covers the floor and leaves the rolled rim bare. The bottoms brown evenly because there is no raised fold trapping air under one corner.

Order by pan name or inside floor measurement, not the outside of the pan. The 12 × 16 in sheet is the usual pick; it fits a half sheet pan floor with nothing to trim.

Parchment sheets cut to the pan, not torn from a roll

Pre-cut parchment sheets are flat sheets of silicone-coated or Quilon-coated parchment, cut to the inside of a standard sheet pan. You lift one off the stack, drop it in the pan and load it. No tearing, no curl, no trimming at the bench.

The people who buy them run bakeries, cookie and cake shops, cafe kitchens and meal-prep lines that line fifty or more pans a day. At that pace a roll costs minutes every hour. A stack of flat sheets costs none.

We cut them in bleached white or unbleached kraft-tone stock, plain or printed on the top face with your logo. The first and third photos show the unbleached stock pulled from a cutter-top dispenser box; the second is a plain bleached sheet with a corner turned.

What happens to a pre-cut sheet at 450°F?

Silicone-coated sheets are typically rated to 450°F, so a convection oven on full fan is inside the range. The sheet darkens a little at the exposed edges after a long bake, and that is normal. The food side keeps releasing.

Quilon-coated and unbleached sheets are typically rated to 420°F. Keep them for cookies, breads and roasted vegetables under that mark. None of these papers go under a broiler, over an open flame or against a heating element.

Because the sheet lies flat with no roll memory, air moves under the pan evenly and the bottoms brown the same across the tray. Moisture from doughs and glazes stays on top of the coating rather than soaking into the fiber, so the sheet peels clean from a macaron or a sticky bun.

Which pre-cut sheet fits a half sheet pan?

A half sheet pan measures 18 × 13 in outside, and the flat floor inside is close to 16 × 12 in. The 12 × 16 in sheet is the usual pick: it covers the floor and leaves the rolled rim bare, which is what you want. A sheet that climbs the rim traps batter under the edge.

If your pans are a size not shown, send the inside floor measurement on the quote and we cut to it. The sheet size chart by pan lists the common ones.

Bleached white, unbleached, silicone or Quilon

Four choices cover almost every order. Pick the stock first, then the coating.

  • Bleached white parchment: a clean white sheet that shows true print color and looks right under a display case light.
  • Unbleached parchment: natural kraft-tone, no chlorine bleaching in the pulp, the look most artisan bakeries want on the counter.
  • Silicone coating: typical release to 450°F, reusable for 2–3 bakes of dry goods like cookies.
  • Quilon coating: typical release to 420°F, single use, the lower-cost pick for high-volume lines.

Most of our sheet orders are bleached white with silicone on one side. Unbleached with Quilon is the common choice for bread and cookie bakeries that discard the sheet after one tray. The silicone, Quilon and unbleached comparison goes deeper on each.

Printing a logo on pre-cut sheets

Printed sheets are printed on the face that turns away from the food, with food-safe soy and water-based inks in one to four colors. We match Pantone solid-coated references.

On unbleached stock, one color is the honest advice. Dark brown, black or a deep red reads clearly on kraft; a second color tends to look muddy. On bleached white you can run two or three colors and they stay bright.

Choose between a single logo near one corner or a step-and-repeat pattern across the sheet. The repeat works better for tray liners that show in a display case; the corner logo suits sheets that get covered by product. Send vector artwork, and our guide to printing a logo on parchment covers file setup.

How are pre-cut sheets packed?

Plain sheets are packed flat in cases of 1,000, interleaved so the top sheet lifts without dragging the one below. The case fits on a lowboy shelf under the bench and the sheets stay flat because they have never been rolled.

Ask on the quote if you want a counter dispenser box with a serrated edge, like the one in the photos. It holds a shorter run of sheets in a cutter-top pack, which suits a wrap station or a small cafe where the stack would otherwise sit out and curl.

Printed sheets ship the same way, print side up, so the first sheet out of the case is ready to lay.

Mistakes we see on first orders

  • Ordering the outside pan dimension. Measure the flat floor inside the rim, or tell us the pan name and we size to it.
  • Choosing 18 × 26 in for everything. Edge-to-edge sheets are right for liquid bakes but waste paper on cookies.
  • Printing four colors on kraft-tone. One color on unbleached looks sharp; four looks faded.
  • Reusing Quilon sheets. They are single use; the release drops after the first bake.
  • Running a 420°F sheet under a broiler. Parchment is for ovens, not open heat.

How do I order pre-cut parchment sheets?

  2. You get a written quote within one business day, from $0.30 a sheet, with the exact price for your spec.
  3. Printed orders get a free design proof. Ask for as many edits as you need before you approve it.
  4. Production takes 4–6 business days after proof approval, then free tracked delivery to any US address in 2–3 business days.
  5. Pay by invoice after you approve the quote and proof.

If a misprint or damaged case turns up, report it within 10 days with photos and we reprint or refund. Start on the parchment sheet quote form.

Where pre-cut sheets beat a roll

A roll is cheaper per foot and wins in a kitchen that cuts odd lengths for wrapping, lining a hotel pan or covering a counter. Pre-cut sheets win wherever the same pan gets lined all day.

The gains are small per tray and large per week: no cutter, no curl, no sheet that is an inch short. If your line mixes the two jobs, keep a case of 12 × 16 in sheets by the ovens and a roll of parchment paper at the wrap station.

Pre-Cut Parchment Sheets questions

What sizes do pre-cut parchment sheets come in?

The typical sizes are 9 × 13, 12 × 16, 16 × 24 and 18 × 26 in. Any other size is a custom cut; send the inside floor measurement of your pan on the quote.

Can pre-cut sheets go in a 450°F convection oven?

Silicone-coated pre-cut sheets are typically rated to 450°F, which covers convection on full fan. Quilon and unbleached sheets are typically rated to 420°F.

Are pre-cut parchment sheets reusable?

Silicone-coated sheets usually survive 2–3 bakes of dry goods such as cookies. Quilon-coated sheets are single use.

Is there a minimum order for pre-cut sheets?

Yes, 1,000 sheets of one size and stock. Printed and plain sheets carry the same minimum.

Do pre-cut sheets come printed with my logo?

Yes. We print one to four food-safe soy and water-based ink colors on the face that turns away from the food, matched to Pantone solid-coated references.

How long does a pre-cut sheet order take?

Production is 4–6 business days after you approve the proof. Free tracked delivery to any US address then takes 2–3 business days.

Which is better for cookies, bleached or unbleached pre-cut sheets?

Both bake the same; the difference is the look. Unbleached kraft-tone suits an artisan counter, bleached white shows print color more truly.

Will a 12 × 16 in sheet ride up the rim of a half sheet pan?

No. It covers the flat floor and leaves the rolled rim bare. If you want the sheet to climb the rim for a liquid bake, order 18 × 26 in on a full pan or ask for a custom size.

Can I get a dispenser box for pre-cut sheets?

Ask on the quote. A cutter-top dispenser box suits a wrap station, while the standard flat case of 1,000 suits a bakery line.

Do you send samples of pre-cut parchment sheets?

Ask on the quote and we will tell you what we can send for your spec. Samples are plain stock, not printed.

How do I pay for pre-cut sheets?

By invoice after you approve the quote and proof. The site has no online ordering; everything goes through a written quote.

What if my pre-cut sheets arrive damaged?

Report it within 10 days with photos and we reprint or refund the order. The reprint and refund policy has the steps.
