Printed parchment that carries your logo to the table
Three printed papers: a logo sheet for lining and wrapping, a sandwich wrap for the counter and the delivery bag, and a pre-folded pouch that cooks and serves. Each is printed on the side away from the food, in food-safe soy and water-based inks.
Written quote in one business day, free design proof. Minimum order 1,000 sheets or 1 roll.

What is in the Printed Parchment range?
Printed parchment is the plain sheet you already use, with your logo or pattern on the outside face. The paper, the coating and the heat limit stay the same; only the look changes.
The range has three cuts. The flat printed sheet lines trays and wraps retail product. The sandwich wrap is a square made for folding around a hot bun. The pouch is pre-folded and closed on three sides, so the food goes in and the top folds down.
Food trucks, burger spots, delis and food brands buy here. A bakery that wants its name under a cake buys printed rounds for cake pans instead.
How does ink behave on unbleached and white parchment?
On unbleached kraft-tone stock, one color sits into the fiber and looks pressed rather than printed. Dark red, forest green, black and navy work; pastels disappear.
Bleached white stock carries up to 4 colors and Pantone solid-coated matches, so a brand orange prints the same on every sheet. The wraps in our photos show both: a bold single-color repeat on one, a lighter multi-color pattern on the other.
The inks are soy and water-based and go on the face that never touches the food. The food side stays plain parchment.
Comparing the three printed papers
Pick the sheet when the paper lies flat under or around something. Pick the wrap when a hand folds it. Pick the pouch when the food goes in before the oven and comes out ready to hand over.
| Paper | Format | Typical sizes | Made for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Custom printed parchment paper | Flat sheet, single logo or repeat | 8 × 11, 12 × 16, 15 × 15, 16 × 24 in | Tray liners, basket liners, retail wrap in a box |
| Branded sandwich parchment | Square wrap, step-and-repeat | 10 × 10, 12 × 12, 14 × 14, 12 × 16 in | Burgers, subs, tacos, anything handed over hot |
| Parchment cooking pouches | Pre-folded pouch, printed front | 8 × 10, 10 × 12, 12 × 15, 15 × 18 in | Bake-in-the-bag mains, flatbreads, hot takeout |
Which wrap size folds around a burger?
A 12 by 12 in square wraps a standard burger with two folds and a tuck, and that is the size most counters order. Go to 10 by 10 in for sliders and 14 by 14 in for a double or a loaded sub.
The 12 by 16 in rectangle suits a footlong, or a basket liner that doubles as a wrap when the customer walks out with it.
A pouch is sized flat; the 10 by 12 in pouch takes a flatbread or a chicken breast with vegetables. The larger pouches hold a whole fish or a family portion. Branded sandwich wrap sizes and folds go deeper on the counter side.
What should the artwork look like before the proof?
Good artwork makes the proof quick. Send what you have and we tidy it, but these points save a round of edits.
- Vector logo files (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) print crisp; a screenshot of a logo does not.
- Name the Pantone solid-coated number if you have one; if not, we match from the file.
- Choose one logo per sheet or a step-and-repeat pattern; repeats suit wraps, single logos suit tray liners.
- Keep type above 6 pt on kraft-tone stock; the fiber swallows thin strokes.
- Leave a plain margin of about half an inch where a pouch folds and closes.
Every job gets a free design proof before it prints, with unlimited edits at proof stage. Design Your Parchment Paper with your logo and send the picture with the quote.
Does printed parchment still release and take heat?
Yes. The ink sits on the outside face; the inside is the same silicone or Quilon finish as a plain sheet. Printed sheets on Quilon are typical to 420°F, printed silicone sheets to 450°F.
A hot burger steams a wrap from the inside. Parchment resists that grease and moisture for the ride home without going translucent the way thin paper does.
Pouches go into the oven as printed. Keep the oven at or under the stock's limit, and keep the pouch off the broiler and off the element.
How a printed parchment order runs
The quote is written, the proof is free, and nothing prints until you say so.
- Choose the sheet, the wrap or the pouch, and the size.
- Send the logo and say how many colors and which stock.
- Read the written quote, which arrives within one business day.
- Approve the free proof, or send edits until it is right.
- Production takes 4 to 6 business days after approval, then free tracked delivery to any US address in 2 to 3 business days.
The minimum is 1,000 sheets, wraps or pouches of one design. A misprint reported with photos inside 10 days is reprinted or refunded. Start a printed parchment quote when the logo is ready.
Printed Parchment questions
Which face of a printed parchment sheet touches the food?
The plain face. Ink goes on the outside only, in food-safe soy and water-based inks.
How many ink colors can the Printed Parchment range carry?
1 to 4 on white stock, with Pantone solid-coated matches. On unbleached we suggest one.
Can one logo run on sheets, wraps and pouches in the same order?
Yes, one artwork file, three proofs, three lines on the quote. Each line has its own 1,000-piece minimum.
What artwork file do you need for a printed wrap?
A vector file: AI, EPS, PDF or SVG. A high-resolution PNG works for a simple one-color mark.
Will the print rub off on a hot sandwich?
No. The ink is cured onto the outside face and the food side is plain parchment.
Can a cooking pouch be printed on the back as well as the front?
The front is standard; the back is a second pass, so ask on the quote. Neither face prints on the inside.
Does printing change what a sheet costs compared with plain?
Printing adds a plate and ink to the job, so the quote reflects it, and the per-piece figure drops as the count rises. Ask for two counts on one quote to see the difference.
Can I see the printed wrap before 1,000 are made?
You see a free digital proof first and can edit it until it is right. A printed sample is possible; ask on the quote.
How long does a printed parchment job take from artwork to delivery?
One business day for the quote, proof approval at your pace, 4 to 6 business days to print and cut, then 2 to 3 business days in transit.
Is a step-and-repeat pattern harder to print than one logo?
No, both are one plate. The choice is about look: repeats suit wraps, single logos suit liners.
