Questions about our parchment

How do I choose between a pre-cut sheet and a pan liner?

A sheet lies flat on the pan floor. A liner is cut to climb the rim, with straight or cut corners, for pans where batter or juices would run under a flat sheet.

Which parchment should a cake shop order first?

Rounds in the diameter of the pans you run most, usually 8 or 9 in, and 12 × 16 in sheets for the half sheet pans.

Which listing is the right one for a sandwich wrap?

Branded Sandwich Parchment if you want your logo on it, or plain Parchment Squares in 12 × 12 in if not.

Should a meal-prep kitchen pick rolls or pre-cut sheets?

Pre-cut sheets or pan liners. The line never stops to tear a roll, and every sheet is the same size. Rolls suit kitchens with many pan sizes.

Which parchment on this page goes in an air fryer?

Air Fryer Parchment Liners, cut round or square with lift tabs and sized to the basket floor.

Is there a parchment here for wrapping a retail product?

Custom Printed Parchment Paper. Sheets with your logo or a repeat pattern, sized to the box or the item, in one to four colors.

Can every parchment in this list be printed?

Yes. The Printed Parchment range is the starting point, but any sheet, round, liner or pouch can carry a logo. Say so on the quote.

What is the difference between Parchment Squares and Branded Sandwich Parchment?

The sizes overlap. Squares are plain and run from 4 × 4 in up; sandwich parchment is printed and starts at 10 × 10 in.

Which parchment do I filter for if I need the unbleached kraft tone?

Unbleached Parchment Paper for sheets, Parchment Rounds for cake pans. Most other items can be cut from unbleached stock on request.

Can I order two different parchments in one quote?

Yes. Each size or print is its own line with its own 1,000-sheet minimum, and the quote lists them together.
