How to read the pan chart
The pan column names the pan the way a kitchen names it. The inside size is the floor of the pan, measured wall to wall. The third column is the sheet or liner we would send for it, and the usual pick is the size most kitchens order.
A sheet is cut a little smaller than the pan floor so it lies flat under a convection fan. A liner is cut larger so it climbs the rim. If you want the paper to show at the edge of the pan, order the liner; if you want it to disappear under the bake, order the sheet.
Measuring a pan for a liner or a round
Measure the inside of the pan, floor to floor, not the outside lip. For a round, lay a tape across the floor through the center and read the widest point. A 9 in cake pan usually has a 9 in floor, but springform pans can run a quarter inch under.
For a liner, add the wall height to each side. A 9 × 13 in pan with 2 in walls takes a 13 × 17 in liner with cut corners. Send the floor size and the wall height on the quote and we work the cut out for you. For an air fryer, measure the basket floor, not the opening, since baskets taper.
Custom sizes and rolls
Every size on this page is a typical size. Anything else is a custom cut: a 10 × 14 in tray, a 7 in tart pan, a 3 in square for a candy. Give the measurement in inches and it is quoted the same way, with the same 1,000-sheet minimum per size.
Rolls suit kitchens that run many pan sizes or wrap items of no fixed size. Typical widths are 12, 15, 18 and 24 in, in lengths of 164 ft to 1,000 ft, priced by the roll. An 18 in roll tears to a full sheet pan; a 15 in roll covers a half sheet pan with little waste. Parchment paper rolls by width and length lists the usual combinations.
Questions about sizes
Should I measure the inside or the outside of the pan for a liner?
The inside. Measure the floor wall to wall, and add the wall height on each side if the liner should climb the rim.
Why is the half sheet pan sheet 12 × 16 in and not 13 × 18 in?
The pan measures 13 × 18 in at the rim but the floor is smaller. A 12 × 16 in sheet lies flat on the floor without creeping up the sides.
Which parchment round fits a 9 in springform pan?
A 9 in round. Springform floors can run a quarter inch under, so measure across the base if the round has ever stood up at the edge.
How do I size a parchment liner for a loaf pan?
Send the floor size and the wall height. A 9 × 5 in loaf pan with 3 in walls takes a custom liner with cut corners, worked out on the quote.
What roll width suits a full sheet pan?
18 in. It tears to the 18 × 26 in pan edge to edge, or trim it to 16 × 24 in to keep the sheet off the rim under a fan.
Can you cut parchment to a size given in centimeters?
Yes. Send the measurement as it is and we convert it. The quote shows the size in inches so you can check it.
Can a 16 × 24 in parchment sheet be cut down into squares later?
It can, but it is faster to order the square you need as a custom cut. A 4 × 4 in square or an 8 × 8 in square is quoted the same way.
What size parchment square wraps a 6 in sub?
12 × 12 in is the usual pick. 14 × 14 in gives a full fold on a stacked sandwich; 10 × 10 in suits a slider or a burger.
Are custom parchment sizes handled differently from typical sizes?
No. Any size in inches is quoted the same way, with the same 1,000-sheet minimum per size and the same 4 to 6 business day production.
Is there a size table for air fryer basket liners?
