When will my parchment arrive?

How parchment is packed
Sheets, rounds, liners and squares travel flat in cases, stacked and wrapped so the edges stay square and the print face stays clean. Rolls are boxed on the roll with the end taped down, so the first sheet you tear is as clean as the last.
Large orders go on a pallet. If your kitchen has no dock or no space for a pallet, say so on the quote and we pack in smaller cartons instead.
Tracking your order
The tracking number is emailed to the address on the quote on the day the order ships. It updates until the carton is signed for or left at the kitchen.
Delivery runs to any US address, including commissaries, ghost kitchens and shared units. Add delivery notes on the quote if the door is hard to find or the kitchen only opens after a set hour.
If a case arrives damaged
Photograph the carton before you open it and the paper after. Email the photos within 10 days of delivery and we reprint or refund the affected cases.
Keep the carton until the claim is settled. The reprints and refunds policy lists what is covered and the five steps to report it.
Questions about shipping
Is parchment delivery really free to every US address?
Yes. Free tracked delivery to any US address is part of every quote. No shipping line is added at invoice.
How are 1,000 parchment sheets packed for delivery?
Flat in cases, stacked square and wrapped. The quote states the case count so you know how many cartons to expect.
Do parchment rolls ship standing or lying down?
Boxed on the roll, lying flat in the carton with the end taped so the roll does not unwind in transit.
When do I get the tracking number for my parchment order?
On the day it ships, by email to the address on the quote. It usually arrives in the afternoon.
Can I split a parchment order between two US addresses?
Yes. Ask on the quote and give both addresses with the count for each. Each address gets its own tracking number.
Does the 2–3 business day delivery clock start at proof approval?
No. It starts at dispatch, after the 4 to 6 business day production run. The quote shows both dates.
Can parchment be delivered to a commissary or ghost kitchen?
Yes. Any US address, including shared kitchens. Add the unit number and any access notes on the quote.
What if nobody is at the kitchen when the parchment arrives?
The carton is left according to the delivery notes on the quote. Add a safe place or a time window if the kitchen keeps short hours.
Do you ship parchment to addresses outside the US?
No. We deliver to US addresses only.
Can I collect my parchment order instead of having it delivered?
No. There is no collection point. Every order is delivered to the US address on the quote.
