About The Parchment Paper
Parchment paper cut to the pan and printed with your logo for US kitchens, quoted in writing and proofed before anything prints.

What we do
We quote, proof, cut and print parchment paper for US food businesses. Pre-cut sheets for sheet pans, rounds for cake pans, liners with tabs for air fryer baskets, squares and wraps for sandwich counters, pouches for fish and vegetables, and rolls for kitchens that would rather tear their own.
Plain or printed, every order starts with a written quote and, where there is ink, a free design proof. Nothing prints until you have seen it on the sheet at scale and said yes. The price is on the quote, from the first sheet to the last case, and the quote is what we hold ourselves to.
What we do not do
We do not run an online store. The quote is the price, the proof is the approval and the invoice is the payment, in that order. There is no card form on the site and nothing to click through and pay for.
We do not sell wax paper, foil or packaging. We do not print anything other than parchment. We do not carry a street address, a showroom or a sample counter; samples of plain stock are something to ask for on the quote.
We do not take orders under 1,000 sheets, rounds, liners or pouches, or one roll. Below that count the setup does not make sense for either of us.
How an order runs
You tell us the pan or the item, the count and whether the sheet is printed. We reply within one business day with a written price and a delivery date. Printed jobs get a PDF proof with unlimited edits at that stage.
Production takes 4 to 6 business days after you approve the proof. Delivery is free and tracked to any US address and takes 2 to 3 business days. If a case arrives misprinted or damaged, tell us within 10 days with photos and we reprint or refund it. The shipping and lead time page lays the stages out in a table.
The paper we cut
Two stocks and three coatings cover nearly every kitchen. Bleached white parchment for display cases and bright printed logos. Unbleached parchment, with no chlorine bleaching in the pulp, for bakeries that want the paper to look like the loaf.
Silicone-coated sheets are rated to about 450°F typical and last 2 to 3 bakes. Quilon-coated sheets are rated to about 420°F and are single use. Basis weight runs about 27 to 45 lb. We print in food-safe soy and water-based inks, one to four colors, on the side that faces away from the food.
Who we work with
Bakeries and cake shops ordering rounds by the case. Restaurants and food trucks that want the logo on the wrap. Meal-prep and ghost kitchens running pan liners through a convection oven all day. Delis, pizzerias and caterers lining boxes and trays. Food brands wrapping a product for the shelf.
If that sounds like your kitchen, send the pan size and a count. A person reads every request and replies with a price, and the first question we ask is usually what temperature the sheet has to survive. The second is what the paper has to do once it is there: release a cookie, hold a wrap closed or lie flat under a display tray.

Questions about us
What does The Parchment Paper actually make?
Parchment sheets, rolls, rounds, liners, squares, wraps and pouches, cut to the pan or item and printed with your logo where you want it.
Do you cut parchment to sizes that are not in the catalog?
Yes. The catalog sizes are the usual picks. Any measurement in inches is a custom cut on the same quote.
Do you sell to home bakers or only to food businesses?
Mostly to food businesses, because the minimum is 1,000 sheets or one roll. A home baker who needs that many is welcome.
Do you print on anything other than parchment?
No. Parchment in bleached and unbleached stock is all we cut and print.
Who checks my artwork before it prints?
Our prepress team. They place the logo on the sheet, flag anything too fine to print and send a PDF proof for you to approve.
Why does every order start with a written quote?
Because every order is cut or printed to a size and count. The quote fixes the price, the sizes and the delivery date in writing before anything happens.
Are the parchment stocks bleached, unbleached or both?
Both. Bleached white for display and bright print, unbleached kraft tone for bakery rounds and wraps where the paper shows.
Do you keep parchment in stock ready to ship this week?
Orders are cut to size after the quote and proof, so production is 4 to 6 business days, then 2 to 3 business days in transit.
Can you match a parchment I already buy somewhere else?
Usually. Send a sheet or a photo with the size, and tell us the oven temperature it runs at, and we quote the closest stock and coating.
How does The Parchment Paper answer food-contact questions about inks?
We print food-safe soy and water-based inks on the side that faces away from the food, and we say so on the quote. We do not make claims beyond that.
